We are happy you found us and hope that you experience the same amazing results so many others have had by implementing these guidelines. Most of our health protocols come from our yoga and oriental lifestyle practices, as well as over 50 years of seeing patients as a Dr. of Chiropractic and from Kirn’s energy healing practice.
The premise behind our philosophy is simple:
- Enjoy a disciplined, natural lifestyle, and add effective nutritional protocols to experience optimal health.
A natural lifestyle doesn’t preclude the need for Western medicine. I personally have had several surgeries and use Western medicine for emergencies. We support our clients in their informed decisions of how they choose to manage their own health.
The premise of our program is that all dis-ease comes from unresolved anger. On a mental/emotional level this can express as irritation or anger, on a physical level it could express as pain or inflammation, i.e., any illness which ends in ‘itis’ or”algia”.
Samskaras are the unsolved emotional patterns from previous lives which could express as anger about circumstances in this life. These reactions are the karma we can resolve by making different lifestyle choices.
The Purest Potential lifestyle choices include health protocols and daily supportive health habits which encourage you to live with greater awareness and courage as you shift habits that are demoting to habits which promote, ultimately, a state of Bliss.
We have designed many practices for achieving this hormonal state of Bliss. After all, the body is a manufacturing plant which is constantly producing hormones which lead to either states of depression or bliss.
PHASE 1 – DETOX
To start any of our nutritional protocols, we recommend that you first
detox and rebuild the liver. The liver is one of the largest organs in the body and has over 2500 functions. Any inflammation in the body is a sign that the liver is out of balance. When the body is dealing with the pain from inflammation it becomes difficult to feel the subtle effects from the tonic remedies in the second phase of our program. This is why we recommend that you start with detoxing before you tonify.

ACTION STEPS FOR PHASE 1
- Take the Toxicity Self-Test and record your baseline score. Repeat the test every 2 weeks to determine your progress.
- Once you establish your baseline, you can follow the recommended non-inflammatory diet and take the suggested products in the Liver Detox and Support Protocol to reduce inflammation until your Toxicity Test score is under 10, without taking any kind of pain medication. This initial detox process can take anywhere from 6 weeks to several years.
- Drink more water! Our formula for water intake is to drink half of your body weight per day in ounces.
PHASE 2: TONIFY FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH, LONGEVITY AND BLISS
Congratulations for getting your toxicity score below 10! A very necessary accomplishment to ensure that the results you obtain in this next phase are effective and can be sustained for a lifetime. The protocols in phase 2 are organized by the astrological signs. Under your sign you’ll find the related cell salt and other supplements to support your health.
Cell Salts are a profound way to supplement any shortcomings in the foundational materials of the body. Each astrological sign points towards a possible mineral imbalance observed as a specific cell salt related to that astrological sign.

Nutrition is paramount in maintaining optimal health. We recommend Dr Gundry’s plant paradox way of eating to maintain optimal health by reducing gut inflammation. We recommend that you start with phase 3 of his program and work your way to phase 1 over time.
Increase your exercise program to at least 30 minutes of brisk walking daily.
